Steering couplings for classic Toyota's with steering box, consist almost always of a rubber disc, reinforced
The rubber disc (Reinforced & Nitrile Rubber - NR/NBR) is a critical component in the flexible coupling disc (also known as a "rag joint"). This resilient material is often reinforced with fibers to provide strength and flexibility, which is necessary to absorb vibrations, dampen shock, and allow for slight misalignments between the steering column and the steering gear box.
Rubber discs for classic Toyota have mostly same dimensions.
Outer diameter 75 mm ( 3" ),
Inner diameter 30-31 mm (1.2"),
Thickness 12 mm (0.47")
some come with additional accessories such as pins or complete steel coupling
